อัพโหลด+ดวาน์โหลดได้ แต่เปิดไฟล์ไม่ได้ครับ รบกวนหน่อยครับ

ตัวโค๊ดเนี้ยถ้าผม ระบุชื่อไฟล์โดยตรงมันจะ ดาวน์โหลดมาได้ และ เปิดไฟล์ได้ปกติครับ
